Sales Development Representative (Trainee/Junior)
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee/Junior SDR to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain real experience in business development and grow in the IT service industry. Join us and kickstart your journey in IT sales.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads
- Search and engage new leads via LinkedIn and email outreach
- Set up quality meetings and discovery calls with potential clients
Requirements:
- Understanding of the IT service model (outsourcing/outstaffing)
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher English — both written and spoken
- Familiarity with prospecting tactics and outbound outreach best practices
- Hands-on experience using LinkedIn for lead generation
- General understanding of sales funnels, business development, and client acquisition
- Strong analytical skills: ability to work with data, measure outreach performance, and suggest improvements
