Sales Team Lead

Jelvix is looking for a persistent, flexible, and responsible Sales Team Lead who delivers the most outstanding results for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Sales team
- Achieve sales targets
- Work with metrics and KPIs to improve the efficiency of the business development strategy
- Control CRM handling, reporting
- Manage lead generation and engagement processes
- Work with the Delivery department regarding new clients onboarding
- Work with Marketing. Define the needed materials (presentations, docs, cases) on the customer journey for successful sales or/and engagement
- Develop relationships with Tier 1 clients
- Create playbooks, and flows for SDRs, SMs
Requirements:
- Head of Sales experience in an IT service/product company (1-2 years)
- Lead generation channels experience (Linkedin, Upwork, email)
- Knowledge of structuring sales quotas, goals, and revenue expectations
- Experience in leading and mentoring sales or engagement departments
- Strong influencing, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Accurate and up-to-date work with CRM
- English Upper-Intermediate +
