SMM Manager
Marketing
We are looking for an experienced and strategic SMM Manager who understands B2B communication, knows how to work with expert content, and can build long-term inbound channels through high-quality social media and community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Implementation of SMM and content strategies with a focus on inbound lead generation
- Maintenance and development of channels: Reddit, Quora, and other niche B2B communities
- Collaboration with key stakeholders' profiles (CEO, internal experts) to strengthen expert positioning and expand organic reach
- Adapting content for different funnel stages (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Preparing test tasks and coordinating workflow with copywriters and designers
- Organic audience engagement through expert content and community management
- Performance analysis of channels, hypothesis testing, and optimization
- Close cooperation with marketing and sales teams
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in SMM or digital marketing
- Upper-Intermediate level of English
- Experience in B2B marketing (preferably IT or service-based companies)
- Skills in working with LinkedIn, Reddit, and Quora algorithms
- Skills in managing company stakeholder profiles
- Understanding of the marketing funnel (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU) and inbound lead generation principles
- Experience working with expert, technical, or niche B2B content
- Practical experience with analytics: ability to analyze results, find growth points, test hypotheses
- Deep understanding of media metrics and working with KPIs
- Experience collaborating with copywriters and designers, including creating test tasks
- Ability to work with various content formats (posts, longreads, articles, etc.)
