Email Marketing Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Consultant who can transform our email channel into a consistent source of qualified leads through smart automation, precise segmentation, and data-driven optimization. If you know how to turn complex technical services into high-converting email journeys, this role is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Turn the email channel into a stable generator of qualified leads (MQL/SQL) through nurturing, segmentation, and identifying commercial intent
- Rebuild existing flows: design personalized automation sequences tailored to specific industries (Healthcare, AI, FinTech) from the very first touchpoint
- Reactivate and validate the current database: segment, clean, enrich, and implement mechanisms to assess subscriber buying intent
- Continuously optimize conversion metrics (CTR, click-to-website, case study visits, service page visits)
- Scale acquisition by introducing new entry points (Clutch, LinkedIn, PPC landing pages) and configuring their processing logic inside ActiveCampaign
- Maintain technical hygiene: monitor domain reputation, implement and maintain Double Opt-In, and ensure excellent deliverability
Requirements:
- Previous working experience in IT Outsourcing/Outstaffing
- Strong experience building marketing automation flows with conditional logic (If/Else)
- Confident work with custom fields (including multi-select) and tag-based segmentation
- Ability to set up Lead Scoring and integrate workflows through API connections
- Experience synchronizing data between CRM (e.g., Pipedrive) and email tools (ActiveCampaign or similar)
- Skilled in running, analyzing, and interpreting A/B tests
