IT Sales Manager
We are looking for a Sales Manager who enjoys working with customers, understands their business needs, and can translate them into effective IT solutions. If you have experience selling B2B IT services and are comfortable managing long, consultative sales cycles, this role could be a strong fit.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls following a structured script.
- Convert and qualify inbound leads from the SDR team and marketing channels.
- Manage the sales pipeline and increase SQL-to-Won conversion rate.
- Nurture leads and build relationships with potential customers.
Requirements:
- Sales experience in B2B IT services (outsourcing / outstaffing) — 1+ year.
- Understanding of long sales cycles and a consultative sales approach.
- Confidence in handling objections and value-based selling.
- Good understanding of IT services and delivery models.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Pipedrive or similar) to manage the sales pipeline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; professional business communication and relationship-building.
- English level: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher.
