Jelvix is seeking a Junior HR Manager who genuinely enjoys working with people and takes pride in doing things thoughtfully and accurately. In this role, you’ll help keep our HR processes running smoothly, support employees with their daily questions, and contribute to a warm, positive atmosphere within the team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR documentation
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes
- Assist colleagues on all organisational matters and internal requests
- Write posts and promptly notify colleagues about company updates or changes
- Help monitor, organise, and conduct performance reviews
- Assist in organising and coordinating corporate events and activities
- Take part in conflict management and help create a healthy, respectful communication culture
